This privacy policy describes how the Metto Reporting application ("the App") collects, uses, and protects information. The App is an internal business tool operated by Todd Stone Growth ("we," "us") on behalf of Metto. It is used solely to retrieve advertising performance data from Meta's Marketing API for internal reporting and analysis.
The App connects to Meta's Marketing API to retrieve aggregate advertising performance metrics (such as ad spend, impressions, reach, and conversion counts) for advertising accounts that we own or are authorized to manage. The App is not available to the general public, has no end users, and does not provide any consumer-facing functionality.
The App collects only aggregate, non-personal advertising performance data, including campaign, ad set, and ad-level metrics such as spend, impressions, reach, frequency, clicks, and conversion event counts, broken down by dimensions such as age range, gender, geographic region, platform, and placement.
The App does not collect, request, or store: names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information about individuals; the contents of any user's Facebook or Instagram profile; messages, posts, photos, or friend lists; or any data about individuals who view or interact with advertisements beyond the aggregate, anonymized metrics Meta provides through its reporting interfaces.
Advertising performance data retrieved by the App is used exclusively for internal business purposes: measuring and reporting on advertising campaign performance, allocating advertising budgets, and informing creative and media decisions. The data is stored in private, access-controlled spreadsheets and reporting documents.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer data retrieved by the App to outside parties. Aggregate performance data may be shared with the advertiser whose campaigns the data describes (Metto) and with team members working on those campaigns under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.
Data retrieved by the App is stored in access-controlled Google Workspace documents. API credentials are stored securely, are not embedded in shared documents, and access is limited to authorized personnel. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the data we handle.
Aggregate performance data is retained for as long as it is needed for reporting and analysis purposes. Because the App does not collect or store personal data about any individual, there is no individual user data to delete. If you believe the App holds data relating to you and wish to request deletion, contact us at the email address below and we will respond within 30 days.
The App is a server-side reporting integration. It does not serve web pages to consumers, set cookies, or track individuals.
The App's use of data received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including the limited use requirements.
